Job Posting: Lead Trainer

Using the “Train-the-Trainer” approach, the Lead Trainer and Trainers will work with the Training Committee to finalize the training strategies, implement the training plan, evaluate the training outcomes, and prepare a training report.


Key Responsibilities

The Lead Trainer will: conduct training needs assessment, design and develop the training plan, create Train the Trainer manuals and training handouts, train the trainers, develop the training schedule and agenda for each session, evaluate training outcomes, and prepare a training report.



  • knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
  • completed courses in training and development
  • experience with designing and developing training program
  • experience with technical training and design
  • experience developing training materials, instructional materials, and learning aids
  • strong information technology background
  • working knowledge of iPad/iPhone/Android/Desktop technologies
  • solid interpersonal, decision-making and organizational skills
